About the Role

Position: Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst / Oracle Implementation Consultant
Department: Corporate Payroll Operations
Address: New York, NY 10041 (Fully Remote)
Duration: 8 Weeks (07/13/2026 - 09/05/2026)
Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 40 Hours/Week
Pay Range: $70-$74/hr.

Important Notes
  • Fully Remote position
  • Lead Oracle experience is required
  • Hands-on Oracle configuration role (not a Project Manager role)
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management required
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementation required
  • Payroll Operations experience required
  • Experience with large-scale payroll and timekeeping environments preferred
  • Dedicated to implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules
  • Full lifecycle experience with application setup, testing, user training, and production support required
  • Experience designing and testing conversions, third-party interfaces, and custom reporting required
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification
  • 10-15 years of experience
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud applications
  • Payroll Operations experience
  • Oracle Cloud Implementation experience
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Experience with system integrations and data migration
  • Experience gathering business requirements and performing gap analysis
  • Experience mapping business requirements to Oracle HCM Cloud functionality
  • Experience creating business process design, configuration design, and requirements documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • English proficiency (Read, Write, Speak)

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Oracle Cloud Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management implementation activities
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, EITS, Oracle teams, and business stakeholders
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM system solutions
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend system enhancements and improvements
  • Configure, customize, test, and implement Oracle HCM solutions
  • Coordinate business requirements gathering and solution design activities
  • Create business process design documents, configuration design documents, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
  • Review and guide business process re-engineering efforts
  • Design and coordinate testing plans, test scripts, test data, and defect management activities
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track issue resolution
  • Develop payroll and timekeeping parallel testing strategies
  • Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Design and configure reports, dashboards, queries, and analytical tools
  • Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions
  • Provide post-implementation and production support
  • Troubleshoot Oracle HCM-related issues
  • Identify and escalate implementation risks and issues
  • Coordinate testing of conversions, third-party interfaces, and integrations
  • Support payroll operations through reporting and system optimization initiatives
