Position Overview As a Recruiting Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, guiding them through the hiring process from initial engagement to successful placement. This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role where your ability to build trust and deliver results directly impacts your success.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and industry professionals
- Source, evaluate, and present top-tier candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance
- Create and execute customized recruiting strategies
- Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate and client experience
- Stay informed on industry trends and market insights
What We Offer - Comprehensive, industry-leading training - no prior recruiting experience required

- Uncapped commission structure with annual earnings ranging from $40,000 to $500,000+
- Base salary starting at $35,568 annually ($1,482 paid twice monthly) plus commission
