Remote SAP Callidus Commissions Module Configuration Specialist

Candidate will work with the Commissions Development team to configure the SAP Callidus Commissions module. Our team is responsible for developing new commission plans, enhancing existing plans, and triaging issues for ~ 15 commissionable groups within Charter. Candidate will be required to work both independently and with internal/external team members depending on assigned work. For their assigned work, the candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Analyze requirements for feasibility within SAP Callidus Commissions module and provide level of effort
2. Working with Data Integration, Reporting, and Workflow teams, to design comprehensive solutions based on requirements
3. Configure SAP Callidus Commissions module based on design identified including but not limited to: creating or updating rules, formulas, and rule elements
4. Identify test scenarios, execute unit testing, and document results
5. Document migrations and migrate configurations from lower environments to production
6. Assist with developing or provide support for system integration testing and user acceptance testing
7. Troubleshoot defects/production issues within SAP Callidus Commissions module and drive to resolution

Additional responsibilities may be given as necessary. Skills:

• Hands-on configuration experience and knowledge of enterprise commission systems (Callidus experience required)
• Strong technical skills (intermediate or higher SQL skills and basic programming, strong Excel a plus)
• Ability to take initiative and is highly motivated to quickly learn the system and business
• Ability to communicate and work with internal/external and technical/non-technical team members
• Ability to analyze problems and datasets to quickly identify and implement comprehensive solutions to complex problems
