How to Manage a Small Law Firm (HTM) is seeking a proven Fractional CMO to work closely with executive leadership and marketing teams. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll strengthen brand strategy, build scalable marketing systems, and drive measurable growth for small law firms nationwide.

What You'll Own
Brand Strategy & Positioning Define, refine, and elevate the firm's brand to drive recognition and trust.
Marketing Execution Build high-performing campaigns, optimize digital and traditional channels, and implement scalable systems.
Performance & Metrics Use KPIs and analytics to measure results, optimize campaigns, and guide decision-making.
Coaching & Advisory Mentor owners, providers, and internal marketing teams to improve skills, process, and accountability.
Who You Are
- 12+ years of senior marketing leadership in organizations ranging from $5M to $30M+
- Proven experience scaling marketing teams and systems that drive measurable growth
- Data-driven — you translate marketing analytics into actionable strategies
- Skilled at coaching and mentoring non-marketing executives and teams
- Comfortable with hands-on execution and implementing compliant, scalable workflows
Compensation
Base Salary: $110,000 Total Earning Potential: Up to $182,000, based on performance and results
