The Recruiting position is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across Advisor, Partner, and Direct Client searches.This role owns the execution and delivery of multiple concurrent searches, ensuring high-quality candidateoutcomes while driving urgency, professionalism, and consistent progress toward placement.This is a highly visible, client-facing position that requires strong communication, business acumen, and the ability to guide clients through the recruiting process with confidence and expertise.
The Recruiting Manager serves as a strategic partner to clients, providing education, market insight, and direction to ensure efficient and successful hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Search Ownership and Execution
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple active searches simultaneously
- Conduct intake and discovery discussions to fully understand client needs, role requirements, and Ideal Candidate Profiles
- Proactively source and engage passive and active candidates through targeted outreach, networking, and creative sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with client needs
- Present high-quality candidate submittals that are aligned with role expectations and client culture
- Client Management and Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned searches, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
- Lead biweekly client meetings to review search progress, provide market feedback, and align on next steps
- Educate clients on recruiting best practices, including job descriptions, compensation expectations, title alignment, and talent availability
- Provide guidance on transferable skills, industry comparisons, and candidate evaluation
- Interview and Offer Process Management
- Coordinate and schedule client interviews, ensuring a seamless and timely process
- Prepare candidates and clients for interviews to drive effective conversations and outcomes
- Assist clients in the offer process, including offer structuring, communication, and negotiation support
- Drive searches to successful placement with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Performance and Accountability
- Consistently meet or exceed placement and revenue goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the ATS and recruiting systems
- Demonstrate ownership of search outcomes, proactively identifying and addressing challenges
- Collaboration and Team Engagement
- Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with the Director of Recruiting
- Engage in weekly team meetings to share insights, challenges, and best practices
- Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency and excellence across the recruiting function
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Candidates with equivalent relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- 5 to 10 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within direct hire or retained search environments
- Proven track record of successfully managing and closing multiple searches
- Strong ability to manage client relationships in a consultative and professional manner
- Experience conducting full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management
