What You Will Do
Draft, revise, and negotiate key fund finance documents, including credit agreements, collateral documents, and guarantees.
Take ownership of deal workstreams, managing diligence reviews on fund documents and ensuring effective issue spotting.
Collaborate with internal specialists in tax, regulatory, and real estate to deliver integrated, client-ready advice.
Manage deal calendars and facilitate internal/external communications to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
Lead diligence on fund documents, focusing on borrowing authority, investor exclusions, and collateral packages.
Provide practical, business-aligned advice to lender and sponsor clients, translating legal risks into actionable options.
Ideal Candidate Background
3–5 years of experience in fund finance, with a strong focus on subscription/capital call facilities.
Proven ability to draft and negotiate core credit documents independently.
Experience managing deal processes and communicating effectively with sophisticated lender and sponsor clients.
Familiarity with NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, or experience representing both lenders and borrowers is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
