About the Role
Contract Technical Recruiter
Optimize Partners is an executive search and consulting firm that provides top-tier talent for technology focused organizations. We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Technical Recruiter to support IT and software engineering hiring for our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the data management space. Preferred candidates will have experience recruiting technical talent for start-ups and/or high-growth enterprise organizations. This is a 6-month remote assignment (USA only). Responsibilities include:
Own full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for open roles in software engineering, AI, machine learning, data science, and/or IT ops.
Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and streamline processes as needed.
Source technical candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, AI sourcing tools, and networking.
Review resumes, screen candidates, build and manage talent pipelines, and provide a high-touch candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, and report recruiting metrics to stakeholders as needed.
Negotiate offers and help ensure technical positions are filled in a timely manner.
Qualifications include:
5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech environments.
A proven track record of recruiting top talent for roles in software engineering, ML, data science and/or AI
Strong understanding of technical skills, job functions, and industry trends
Global recruiting experience (e.g. EMEA, APAC, LATAM, etc.) is a plus.
Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g. Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc.)
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
