We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy across key Asian markets. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding our footprint with mobile operators and digital partners, and strengthening Upstream's position as a leader in mobile marketing and digital monetization in the region.
The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with in-depth experience in the telecom and mobile operator ecosystem, excelling in consultative sales, strategic account management, and building relationships with C-level executives.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and execution of the regional sales strategy for Asia, in line with Upstream's global business objectives.
- Owning and delivering financial targets (revenue, profitability, and market share) across assigned markets and accounts.
- Building and managing strategic relationships with key telecom operators, digital partners, and enterprise clients in the region.
- Driving end-to-end commercial engagement, from opportunity identification and proposal development to contract negotiation and delivery.
- Managing the complete P&L and business planning for the region, ensuring effective execution of all project activities.
- Acting as the primary commercial escalation point for all major operator accounts in Asia.
- Providing market insights and identifying emerging opportunities to support innovation and business development.
- Contributing to positioning Asia as a key growth region for Upstream over the next few years.
