TERRAFORM Hashi (Hashicorp) ENTERPRISE VAULT ZEROTRUST API KEYS DEVOPS PIPELINES CI/CD EXP IN FINANCIAL INDUSTRY
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing infrastructure solutions using HashiCorp products. This involves understanding the requirements of the project and translating them into infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform.
Create reusable and modular Terraform modules to manage infrastructure components efficiently. These modules may include provisioning virtual machines, managing cloud resources, configuring network settings, and deploying applications.
Will work closely with other teams such as DevOps, system administrators, and software developers to understand their infrastructure needs, provide guidance on using HashiCorp tools effectively, and ensure smooth integration of infrastructure with application deployments.
Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using tools like Terraform, eliminating manual intervention and ensuring consistent environments across development, testing, and production stages.
Implement security measures using HashiCorp Vault to store and manage sensitive information such as credentials, API keys, and certificates securely. This includes configuring access policies, secret management, and encryption practices.
Monitor the infrastructure using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Consul to ensure its availability, performance, and reliability.
Job Qualifications:
A deep understanding of HashiCorp products like Terraform, Vault is essential. Proficiency in using these tools to design, implement, and manage infrastructure solutions is a key requirement.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and tools is important, with a focus on Terraform. Familiarity with creating reusable modules, managing cloud resources, and provisioning infrastructure using Terraform is highly desirable.
Proficiency in working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong scripting skills, preferably in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and practices is beneficial. Experience in deploying applications, working with version control systems like Git, and understanding CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding security practices and principles related to infrastructure is important.
Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They should be capable of diagnosing and resolving infrastructure issues, as well as providing support to resolve incidents in a timely manner.
