Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and modern AI technologies.
Proven experience in training, mentoring, or technical instruction.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, cross-functional team.
Proficient with AI tools, simulation software, and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience deploying AI solutions within electrical engineering projects.
Background in curriculum development for technical audiences.
Certifications in AI, machine learning, or instructional design.
