  • Lead continuous improvement of the online customer experience, emphasizing high-end storytelling, personalization, seamless UX/UI, and omnichannel experiences that bridge online and offline presences.

  • Oversee exclusive launches, gifting strategies, tailored customer segmentation, and effective website merchandising to double down on Average Order Value (AOV).

  • Set, monitor, and optimize KPIs (CAC, LTV, AOV, Conversion Rates).

  • Utilize heavy analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to translate data into actionable insights, informing strategic and operational decisions.

  • Design and manage email/SMS marketing, retention programs, and post-purchase engagement.

  • Implement customer segmentation strategies to nurture collectors, corporate clients, and gifting customers.

  • Guide external partners in paid media, influencer, content, and SEO strategies to maximize ROI.

  • Ensure marketing initiatives align with brand values, campaign messaging, and performance targets.

  • Lead coordination between internal stakeholders and a global network of contractors and agencies.

  • Establish clear KPIs, ensuring accountability, quality, and timely delivery across all external partnerships.

  • Ensure all digital initiatives comply with global alcohol marketing regulations.

  • Oversee region-specific adaptations, addressing local payment, language, and cultural preferences.

Requirements

  • Proven success managing external contractors and agencies, with robust KPI-driven management.

  • Data-driven professional with strong analytical capabilities, heavy analytics skills, and proven CRO expertise.

  • Expertise in premium consumer marketing, segmentation, and retention strategies.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, adept at collaborating cross-functionally.

  • Experience or familiarity with regulated industries (alcohol/spirits) is preferred.

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to lead digital strategy for a rapidly scaling luxury spirits brand.

  • Competitive compensation with performance incentives.

  • Flexible work arrangements in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

  • A collaborative culture focused on innovation, excellence, and growth.
