What Does a Retail Team Member Do Anyway? - Greet and interact with customers
- Operate the register when needed
- Help keep our sales floor clean and attractive to our customers
- Share information about our charity partners and our mission with our customers
- Assist customers with questions and concerns
- Lift up to 15 lbs.

Retail Team Member (Evening & Closing Shifts) America's Thrift Stores is seeking friendly, dependable Retail Team Members to provide outstanding customer service and help create a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping experience.
This position is ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. Team members assist customers, operate cash registers, maintain merchandise displays, and support overall store operations.
Schedule Requirement: We are specifically seeking candidates with open availability for
evening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Responsibilities - Greet and assist customers throughout the store
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales areas
- Help customers locate merchandise and answer questions
- Support daily store operations and sales goals
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications - Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work evenings, closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
