- Strong client service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to set expectations on timelines, requirements, and next steps.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and service levels; strong prioritization and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of operational workflows and documentation standards (forms, approvals, checklists) and the ability to troubleshoot breaks in process.
- Strong coordination skills-can drive outcomes across multiple partners and keep stakeholders informed through resolution.
- Comfort with service metrics and continuous improvement; able to identify recurring issues and suggest process fixes.
Risk / Compliance - Working knowledge of risk/control framework. Have the ability to identify areas of risk and suggest proper controls.
- Demonstrated ability to follow policies and procedures and escalate potential risk issues appropriately.
