About the Role

The Role

A senior pricing professional is needed to lead strategic and operational pricing across an innovative pharmaceutical portfolio. You'll shape global launch pricing strategies, partner with affiliates and regional teams, and drive governance - all within a lean, collaborative global function.

What You'll Do
  • Develop global pricing strategies for launches and lifecycle indications
  • Guide affiliates on localisation, price requests, and business cases
  • Run IRP analyses and launch sequencing to protect price corridors
  • Coordinate pricing committee reviews and decisions
  • Support BD evaluations, HEOR models, and revenue forecasts
  • Build dashboards and deliver insights to senior stakeholders
  • Advise on tender strategies and lead strategic pricing initiatives
What You'll Bring
  • 8+ years in pharmaceutical global/regional pricing or market access
  • Proven track record developing and executing global pricing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of P&R environments across key markets
  • Experience with pricing governance, systems, and BD assessments
  • Degree in life sciences, economics, business or finance (advanced degree preferred)
  • Sharp analytical mind, excellent communicator, comfortable working remotely
