Growth Lead
We're hiring a Growth Lead for an early-stage, venture-backed startup building in the future of digital payments and consumer finance.
This is a true 0 → 1 role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands internet culture, and knows how to turn attention into growth. You'll work directly with founders to take a product from launch to its first highly engaged users through experimentation, community, partnerships, and unconventional growth tactics.
The product sits at the intersection of payments, fintech, and consumer internet, with a strong focus on usability, virality, and real-world adoption.
Role Details

Candidates in LATAM, North America, or Europe preferred
Must be able to overlap with GMT-3 / Buenos Aires working hours
