Operating across the U.S., Brazil, and Mexico, Draiver's technology helps partners reduce operational costs, increase visibility, and scale efficiently.

We are a fast-growing company that values versatility, accountability, and innovation.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Multifunctional Intern to support the Risk Department, with opportunities to collaborate and learn from the Finance and Human Resources teams.

This role is ideal for someone eager to gain broad business exposure while contributing to critical compliance and risk management processes. The intern will play an important role in maintaining operational accuracy, supporting risk documentation, and assisting in internal coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Begin the internship in the Risk Department, supporting the monitoring and maintenance of insurance contracts, renewals, and compliance documentation.

Assist in identifying potential risks and tracking corrective actions under guidance from the Risk team.

Maintain accurate data and organized records in internal tracking systems and dashboards.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely communication and documentation.

Contribute to Human Resources projects during the second rotation, supporting people operations, training initiatives, and compliance with internal policies.

Participate in the Finance rotation, assisting with budgeting, reporting, and data analysis to support business decisions.

Prepare and present risk, HR, and finance-related reports and summaries for leadership review.

Support the development and improvement of internal control processes and cross-departmental procedures.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. English proficiency (intermediate or above). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn about Finance and HR functions as part of career development.

What We Offer

Hands-on experience in risk management within a global technology company. Exposure to Finance and HR functions for professional growth. Mentorship from experienced leaders across departments. Opportunity to contribute to cross-functional initiatives. Flexible remote work environment and potential for full-time employment after the internship.
