It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.

This Executive Account Director is responsible for strategically managing and growing existing key client accounts while driving new business opportunities within those partnerships. This role ensures both individual and team targets align with overall company goals while serving as the strategic lead for one of our most recognizable and high-profile consumer lifestyle accounts.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, aiming to meet or exceed sales quotas. Accelerate demand velocity, drive opportunities through to closure, and present compelling solutions tailored to client-specific needs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, industry insights, and client needs. Use this knowledge to craft and adapt sales pitches, ensuring the company remains competitive and relevant.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Business Development, Marketing, Estimating, Creative Services, Product Development, and Operations, to deliver cohesive, high-quality solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to support customer coordination across project phases such as design definition, value engineering, prototype development, and delivery. Ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction throughout each project phase.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Manage terms and conditions, ensuring favorable outcomes that align with client expectations and company interests.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate insights to enhance client service, satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.
