About the Role

Junior Sales

Shuttle99 is a rapidly expanding fintech startup on a mission to revolutionize the financial landscape with innovative solutions. We're passionate about empowering individuals and businesses across the world, through state-of-the-art technology and top-notch service. As we grow, we're on the hunt for a dynamic, results-driven Junior Sales to spearhead our affiliate marketing efforts. Plus, you can do it all remotely.

We're on the lookout for someone who will recruit new partners, manage existing relationships, and lead the onboarding process. You'll leverage your expertise in affiliate networks, partner recruitment, and performance tracking to create and oversee successful campaigns. By nurturing affiliate relationships and optimizing commission structures, you'll drive engagement on a global level. Prior experience in an Affiliate Marketing company is a MUST.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and cultivate relationships with existing partners, while actively seeking new potential partners;
  • Manage the onboarding process;
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent/Native English;
  • Nice to have: Spanish, French, Russian;
  • B2B and/or B2C sales;
  • Prior experience in an Affiliate Marketing company;
  • Knowledge (both practical & theoretical is ok) of API integration and S2S tracking.
