The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as the Program Integrator and CAM for CPSW on the F35 program.
What You Will Be Doing • Candidate will develop, define and manage the scope, schedule and budget for the work contained in their control accounts • Act as an Earned Value point of contact for the Program Integration leaders by analyzing program data and metrics to determine control account performance • Candidate will work with the program manager, assisting in day-to-day program execution. • This CAM position will interface with other CAMs, finance teams, contract management and proposal generation teams to establish and monitor program budgets and performance. • This position will also work with finance teams to prepare and present detailed program financial data to senior leaders.
Additionally, the CAM will update EACs, develop control account variance reports and comply with full criteria of the earned value system. • The candidate will be required to establish creative solutions to efficiently deliver to contract requirements; develops mechanisms for planning, developing, and executing assigned projects. • Candidate will assist with the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. • Facilitates and participates in strategic Program planning initiatives and events. • Assists with establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. • The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with the various teams on the program, both internally and externally and help mitigate risks and resolve issues quickly as they arise.
