As a Director, you will partner closely with the Owner/Operator to execute the organizational strategy of Chick-fil-A Market of Hilliard to grow the business, achieve high standards of excellence and cultivate a culture of care for team members and guests. What will you be responsible for?

• Support excellence in daily Operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Responsible for leading shift operations, ensuring excellence in flow of business
• Oversees team members, following all labor law requirements and conducting disciplinary action, when necessary
• Develop other leaders, through coaching, feedback and one-on-one development
• Create and maintain Food Safety processes in all areas of the restaurant
• Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for Food Quality, cleanliness, and service excellence
• Handle machines, equipment and inventory with the utmost integrity and attention to detail
• Faithful Stewardship of truck ordering, inventory, FIFO and distributor relationships
• Maintain a clean and welcoming kitchen and work environment
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members and leaders
• Ensure assembly of timely and excellent Catering Orders
• Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership
