  • Build and maintain the site merchandising calendar, aligning launches, promotions, and seasonal moments with cross-functional teams (Creative, Copy, Buying/Planning, Marketing, SEO) to maintain a seamless and visually compelling customer experience
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance as needed to the Senior Coordinator, Site Ops to ensure consistency with merchandising initiatives
  • Optimize our front-end site through iterative creative updates, A/B tests, new feature implementation, and leverage analytics to refine product sequencing and taxonomy
  • Support in planning and execution of homepage and navigation
  • Maintain a working knowledge of front-end site constraints and collaborate with developers and Site Operations to ensure feasibility of merchandising updates
  • Ensure customer-facing catalog integrity by partnering with Site Operations on SKU readiness, attribute completeness, and ongoing QA
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Shopify 2-3 years' experience required; Shopify Plus strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, paired with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Excel and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or BI platforms
  • Experience with site search optimization, SEO basics, and taxonomy management is a plus
  • Strong preference for Hybrid Candidates with days in our NYC office. Remote candidates will also be considered (residing anywhere in the US and currently authorized to work in the US)
WHAT WE OFFER:
  • Starting salary range for this role is $95k-$105k. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background and years of relevant experience
