About the Role

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare, Hospital, Public, or Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field, and three (3) years of full-time experience in program, systems, or procedural development and management, including one (1) year in a managerial or supervisory capacity; or
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and four (4) years of relevant full-time experience, including two (2) years in a managerial or supervisory capacity; or
  • A satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative management, program development, research and analysis, and operational improvement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and ability to assess organizational risk.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
Desired:
  • Experience in healthcare or hospital systems.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with budget oversight and financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and compliance frameworks.
