We're looking for a Senior Creative Director.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can elevate our creative standard across all HealthMerch visuals. You'll combine strong design and illustration skills to bring cohesion, polish, and authority to our brand, while mentoring a small production team to deliver high-quality work.
In this role, you will:
- Own and uphold the HealthMerch and its sister company creative standard across all visuals
- Lead and mentor production designers to ensure polished, accurate client artwork
- Elevate client mockups with stronger layout, realism, and creative direction
- Ensure all print files are production-ready and meet vendor specifications
- Partner with Marketing to create email, landing page, and campaign visuals
- Lead creative direction for healthcare collections and awareness campaigns
- Build cohesive design languages from client logos and campaign themes
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and asset systems
- Balance high-volume production needs with long-term creative quality
- Collaborate closely with Sales to support active deals with strong visuals
This is a full-time role aligned with EST, for approximately 6 hours per day.
