The Kith Customer Experience Associate operates as the customer's concierge throughout their in-store experience.They specialize in all areas of the store's operations to ensure they can provide best-in-class service to all customers and clients.The Customer Experience Associate wears multiple hats and is the ultimate team player.Whether it is greeting customers, being an efficient cashier, or supporting the operations & visuals teams, they are ready to support the business' needs across all departments.
Working under the direction of the Manager on duty, the Customer Experience Associate adjusts and adapts quickly as the needs of the business change.Through effective communication, they are ready to contribute to the customer's experience from beginning to end.
