Start Date: 04/28/2026

End Date/Duration: Not specified / Permanent role

Shift: 24/7 on-call (round and go model, work from home)

Hours/week: Flexible, based on on-call schedule

Employment Type: Permanent, leadership position

Licenses/Certifications: Medical license required; Pediatric board certification preferred

Experience: Significant leadership and pediatric hospitalist experience required

Lead a team of three Pediatric Hospitalists, providing oversight and mentorship

Collaborate closely with Neonatologists and hospital staff to ensure optimal pediatric care

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and clinical research activities

Foster a team-oriented, supportive environment dedicated to excellence in pediatric healthcare

Valid medical license in Ohio

Board-certified in Pediatrics or Pediatric Hospital Medicine

Minimum significant experience in pediatric hospital medicine or leadership roles

Strong communication and team collaboration skills
