About the Role

Customer Success Analyst

Levit8 AI, a dynamic startup in the HR Tech space headquartered in Singapore, is looking for a skilled Customer Success Analyst to join our team.We're transforming the way Human Resources teams approach talent acquisition, empowering them with our Gen AI-powered HR platform.Our goal is to solve the pressing challenges Human Resources teams face with Artificial Intelligence, spanning every phase of the Employee Lifecycle.If you're passionate about enhancing customer experiences and helping clients succeed, we want you on our team!

Preference will be given to candidates in the Manila / +8 timezone.We are a remote first company and if you're passionate about shaping the future of HR tech, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities
  • Engage with our current customers to understand their needs and ensure they are leveraging our platform effectively.
  • Provide personalized support to resolve any issues and answer questions about our products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Onboard and train the users, gather insights to generate reports and increase user engagement on our platform.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Assist in sourcing potential clients and contribute to sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with business goals.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in client handling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Previous experience in customer success in SaaS is a bonus, but not necessary.
