Lead Project Officer/Program Manager
You will serve as the lead project officer/program manager for complex ambient air sampling studies which may require multi-media pollutant investigations.
You will act independently to meet project goals within established time frames, regulatory requirements and Marine Corps policy guidelines.
You will prepare management plans for control of ozone depleting substances (ODS), radon, lead, and wastewater incinerations.
You will monitor ground water pollution and ensure wastewater meets all quality standards for effluent processes.
You will inspect water sources and treatment and wastewater treatment facilities for compliance.
You will develop and maintain various data, input and reports relevant to inspection findings, contracts and budget.
You will manage resources throughout completion of the projects and identify budget for at least five out years.
You will ensure budget submissions are adequately programmed and justifications are detailed and technically accurate.
You will visit work sites of various assigned programs and perform on the job training for various agency personnel.
You will prepare presentations or briefings on the compliance status and abatement efforts for environmental conferences and committees.
