About the Role
The Director, Compliance leads the company's lending compliance program across origination, servicing, and secondary market activities. This role owns the design and oversight of a scalable Compliance Management System that mitigates regulatory risk while enabling responsible growth. You will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and embed compliance into products, operations, and third-party relationships.

This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs.
