About the Role
FPGA Design/Verification Engineer
Our client, an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for an FPGA Design/Verification Engineer for their remote location.
Responsibilities:
Developing, testing, and integrating FPGA platforms.
Experience with COTS basedcontrol platforms and embedded processors on FPGA platforms.
Collaborating with software engineers and other ASIC/FPGA engineers to create leading edge products for future business growth.
Contributing to design, simulation, integration, and test of complex, high-speed products.
Requirements:
Experience with Microchip FPGAs.
Experience with Microchip tools and processes.
Experience developing, testing, and integrating FPGA platforms.
Experience with embedded processors on FPGA platforms.
Experience automating and developing scripts to improve FPGA development efforts.
Experience with clock crossing.
Experience with fault tolerant designs. Experience with high-speed (200+MHz) designs.
Experience with DSP (matlab, HDL coder, or hand-made filters) are a big plus.
Experience with RTG4 design and debugging.
Experience with high-speed interfaces.
Position is for an ASIC/FPGA Engineer and will be responsible for ASIC & FPGA development on a space program.
