Job Title
In the context of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Contract Manager to join the Financial Flows perimeter attached to the Delegated Activities Division of the Collectives Directorate.
You will be at the heart of operations related to benefits and contributions, with a strong focus on analysis, data reliability, and customer relations.
Your main duties include:
- Managing and analyzing operations: control of files, processing of benefits, handling of rejections
- Monitoring contribution flows: analysis, processing of discrepancies, follow-up of missing elements
- Ensuring data reliability: updates, control of information, handling of anomalies
- Contributing to recovery actions: follow-up of unpaid amounts, letters of demand, specific procedures (Liquidations and judicial redress)
- Managing client and partner relations: processing of requests, complaints, internal coordination
- Participating in the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and practices
Required Profile
Bachelor's degree (insurance, management, finance) or equivalent experience
Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, VSEARCH)
Appetite for numbers and financial flows
