What you'll do:

  • Design and execute creative assets across digital, print, e-commerce, social media, and marketing channels while maintaining brand standards and supporting business objectives.
  • Support the Creative Director and broader creative team throughout various stages of the creative process, including mood boards, production planning, asset development, on-set support, and post-production review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategies and business objectives into visually compelling and brand-consistent creative.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of creative concepts, providing design support and thoughtful execution across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create layouts, typography systems, and visual assets that elevate the SkinHealth Systems brand across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Prepare production-ready files for print and packaging projects, ensuring accuracy in specifications, die-lines, color management, and file setup.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality control across all creative deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience within either agency-side or in-house.
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and visual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating refined brand execution.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and accuracy across all deliverables.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration, asset creation, and presentation development.
  • Experience designing for digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and print production.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to receive and apply creative feedback effectively.

Desired:

  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana or similar workflow tools.
  • Experience within beauty, skincare, fashion, wellness, luxury, or consumer brands.
