The Opportunity

We are seeking an Omotenashi Manager (Shop Manager) to lead our Los Angeles location.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and believes exceptional hospitality starts with empowered teams. You will oversee daily operations, develop team members, and ensure every guest experiences warmth, quality, and genuine care.

What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-casual setting
  • Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline team members
  • Manage staffing plans, shift scheduling, and labor efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
  • Oversee service flow to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Monitor POS systems, sales performance, and operational reporting
  • Foster a culture of guest-first hospitality aligned with Japanese omotenashi
  • Drive continuous improvement and team engagement

Who You Are
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Background in fast casual, café, or retail operations preferred
  • Experience with POS systems and operational reporting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Passionate about hospitality, food culture, and team development
  • Excited to be part of a new brand launch in the U.S.
