Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technical solution delivery for Salesforce initiatives, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and detailed design documents (HLD/LLD).
Design and implement robust integration solutions between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and performance best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and project teams.
Support effort estimation, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery commitments.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, Administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to development processes, deployment automation, and platform governance.
Participate in production issue resolution and system performance optimization activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution delivery.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
