We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven Manager, Strategic Financial Planning & Investments to support key financial initiatives across the enterprise. In this remote role, you'll contribute to financial modeling, capital planning, and business case development in support of high-impact projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong financial background to help drive data-informed decisions and operational efficiency at CVS/Aetna.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Support the development of financial models and strategic frameworks that inform clinical services initiatives and enterprise planning. Participate in the preparation and analysis of multi-year capital plans.
- Investment & Capital Planning: Assist in coordinating the capital investment planning process across the organization. Partner with Finance and business leaders to ensure investments align with enterprise priorities.
- Portfolio Support & Performance Tracking: Help manage the investment portfolio by contributing to governance processes, compiling performance data, and supporting regular reporting on project status and outcomes.
- Business Case Development: Contribute to the preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives. Support value realization by tracking and reporting financial and operational outcomes.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate across cross-functional teams and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, finance, and strategy teams. Present data and insights in a clear, structured manner to support decision-making.
Location: This is a work-from-home position and one can live anywhere in the United States.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, strategic analysis, business consulting, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide projects and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated with attention to detail
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus, but not required
Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $54,300.00 - $145,860.00
