About the Role

Employment Type: Contract, 1099 Location: Remote ( U.S.Eligible States Only ) Applicants must reside in one of the following states: AL, AK, AZ, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NC, ND, NH, OH, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WY Next training classes start: 07/16, 07/20 & 07/21.Subject to qualification & availability.Tasks

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Provide accurate product and service information
  • Document interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Provide your own PC/laptop, monitor(s), wired-internet, and headset.
  • Responsible for your background check fee and refundable class deposit.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
