About the Role

Insight Global is searching for an CAD Technician II to support our telecommunication client remotely.This individual will play a key role in a large-scale upgrade of Harmonic, the broadband technology platform, supporting the maintenance and updating of as-built CAD maps and load data files.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications infrastructure, particularly coaxial systems, and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires collaboration across teams using tools like SharePoint and Teams, and will contribute directly to the accuracy and success of a major broadband network upgrade initiative.

Key Responsibilities: Update and maintain CAD maps based on as-built documentation Support a large-scale harmonic broadband upgrade project Load and manage data files within CAD systems Interpret and integrate ArcGIS data into CAD maps Collaborate with internal teams via SharePoint and Teams Ensure accuracy of telecom network designs and documentation Identify and resolve discrepancies in mapping/data We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters.
