Description
The Director, Technology Strategy & Business Partner serves as the primary technology leader for the Inspection segment. This role is responsible for defining technology priorities, developing a strategic roadmap, and driving measurable business outcomes. The position operates within enterprise IT governance to ensure alignment with corporate architecture, security, and compliance standards while enabling business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a technology roadmap aligned to business objectives
Define future-state technology architecture for the segment
Drive improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial effectiveness
Track ROI, adoption, and value realization of technology initiatives
Develop business cases to support investment decisions
Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage the portfolio
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data standards
Translate business needs into clear technology requirements
Collaborate with IT teams on solution design and delivery
Lead stakeholder engagement and drive change management and adoption
Communicate performance, risks, and business impact to leadership
Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
Deep understanding of enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, BI, and integrations
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI
Ability to identify automation opportunities and rapidly prototype solutions
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
Additional requirements:
Proven ability to align technology strategy with business objectives
Experience working within enterprise governance and compliance frameworks
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Conditions:
Remote or hybrid work environment
Up to 40% travel required
Fast-paced, matrixed organizational structure
