About the Role
Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Hamilton, NJ
Industry: Engineering / Systems Integration
Job Description: Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for an Electrical Engineer IV. Our client is a Professional Engineering Firm and Systems Integrator with over 25 years of experience in Design and Design-Build services for Water, Wastewater, and private industries. They have cultivated a strong employee- and client-centered environment where employees are valued, respected, and supported. The team works effectively together to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
Develop full deliverable packages from approved proposals
Work independently on project tasks from proposal through deliverables
Coordinate with other disciplines to gather necessary information
Manage multiple, concurrent schedules between design and construction projects
Provide QC and PE reviews on staff work
Participate in QC review discussions, providing high-level conceptual feedback
Travel locally to client sites, with occasional overnight travel required
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Experience in Industrial Power Distribution and Motor Controls, including production of contract drawings and certifications
Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings, and standard specifications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach to working with peers and clients
