About the Role
Technologist Position
Join us as a Technologist and take part in developing and delivering advanced water treatment and industrial technology solutions.
In this role, you will contribute to impactful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals and help drive the technicalexcellence that defines the Photon Water Team. Key Responsibilities
Designing water treatment and industrial technology systems, including process schemes and flows
Selecting materials, sorption media, filtration media and chemicals for water applications
Applying physical and chemical water treatment principles across key technologies (filtration, membranes, coagulation, disinfection)
Contributing to all project phases from offer preparation to commissioning and handover
Supporting pilot testing, operational optimization and providing technical input for project closure
Cooperating with Production and providing technical support during manufacturing and assembly
Participating in service activities across Water Treatment, Lake Management, Remediation and Wells & Resources
Preparing documentation and supporting standardization and knowledge sharing
Ensuring technical quality and continuity throughout the full project lifecycle
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in at least one of the following: water management, drinking water or wastewater treatment, or construction-related works
Experience with commissioning, operation, service, troubleshooting, or cost optimization/value engineering is an advantage
University degree in a relevant technical field
Advanced MS Office skills
Category B driving licence and active driving experience
Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and abroad
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and collaborate
Independent, responsible and results-oriented working style
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong client-focused mindset with the ability to understand needs and propose solutions
Strategic and analytical thinking, including strong data-analysis skills
