Customer Service Representative
As a customer service representative with Alita Ameneyro Insurance Agency, Inc., you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, anddesire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Part-time or full-time available
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Pivot and sell to insurance products.
Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Must currently possess a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life, Accident & Health license within 60 days of hire
