Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Sales Director to lead business development efforts and drive new client acquisition.This is not an account management role.We are looking for a true hunter -someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, closing deals, and consistently exceeding sales goals.The ideal candidate has significant experience selling digital marketing services, understands the legal industry, and can speak intelligently about SEO, paid advertising, AI, social media marketing, and lead generation strategies.Responsibilities

  • Generate and close new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies
  • Build relationships with law firm partners, managing partners, and decision makers
  • Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations
  • Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Work closely with leadership and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Stay current on industry trends, AI advancements, and digital marketing best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional sales experience
  • Proven success selling digital marketing services
  • Strong understanding of:
    • SEO
    • Google Ads / PPC
    • Local Service Ads (LSA)
    • Social Media Marketing
    • Video Marketing
    • Lead Generation
    • AI and AI-powered marketing solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and highly competitive
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Network of law firm owners, managing partners, and legal professionals
  • Previous experience working for a legal marketing agency
  • Familiarity with legal intake, case acquisition, and law firm growth strategies
  • Experience selling Websites, SEO, PPC management, video marketing, social media management, and website services
