Project Manager / Project Engineer
In collaboration with colleagues from the Projects teams and the design office:
- You actively participate in the design of projects and the drafting of tenders
- You ensure optimal planning and preparation of projects
- You are responsible for the quality of the projects delivered
- You are responsible for the budget monitoring and regular cost monitoring of your projects
- As the first point of contact, you ensure optimal information sharing between the different project partners such as clients, architects, design offices, project owners, and support services
In collaboration with colleagues from the Production teams:
- You ensure the preparation and follow-up of the effective execution of projects on site
- You ensure the supply of sites with the necessary materials and resources
- You ensure compliance with safety and quality execution requirements on site
Qualifications
Basic training: Civil, Industrial or Architectural Engineer, in the construction field
Professional experience: Junior profile accepted, proven first experience in the construction sector is a plus
Languages: Dutch, French, and English
Skills: Autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented; Team spirit and integrity; Good relational and commercial skills; High organizational skills; Ease of use of digital environments; Tender management

Scope: 1 to 5 projects
