Visual Merchandiser Pos & Concepts (W/M/D)

In this role, you will combine visual merchandising with analytical and commercial thinking. You will not only develop creative POS and presentation concepts but also manage complex topics independently while maintaining control in a dynamic environment. Together with international teams and trading partners, you will ensure that our brand world is implemented strategically, consistently, and sales-oriented. Your tasks with us include:

• Development and further development of international visual merchandising and POS concepts
• Creation of space plans as well as adaptation to different trading partners and requirements
• Management of several projects and priorities in parallel
• Development of sales-oriented communication and presentation tools
• Creation of mock-ups for acquisition and sales teams
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces as well as international teams
• Analysis of POS performance and derivation of concrete optimization measures
• Participation in the development of new presentation and merchandise concepts

• Completed study or training in the field of visual merchandising, retail, design, marketing or comparable
• Several years of relevant professional experience in visual merchandising or a trade-related environment
• Structured, analytical and independent working method combined with high sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality
• Ability to manage several topics in parallel, set priorities and keep an overview even in dynamic situations
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is advantageous

• Very good German and secure English skills
