The Director of Business Systems Analysis will serve as a key leader driving a business-first strategy to enable successful execution of complex programs across claims and enterprise platforms. This role will focus on deeply understanding business objectives, processes, and systems, and ensuring that technology solutions are clearly aligned to deliver measurable business outcomes.
This leader will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams by translating business intent into structured, actionable inputs for execution. The Director will play a critical role in ensuring that programs are delivered successfully by minimizing gaps, driving alignment, and enabling scalable, efficient solutions across domains.
As a senior member of the Business Systems Analysis leadership team, this individual will provide strategic oversight across business, product, engineering, and operations. They will ensure clarity of requirements, consistency in execution, and alignment of technology delivery with business priorities. The Director will act as a trusted advisor to both business and technology leaders, influencing decisions through strong domain understanding, structured thinking, and effective communication.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives.The salary for this role will range from $134,600 - $230,800 annually based on full-time employment.
