About the Role

Incentive Operations Specialist

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are seeking an Incentive Operations Specialist to support our client's team. Location: Remote, US

Employment Type: Temporary, ~1year FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm

Job Summary: Own the operational backbone of our partner incentive programs — deal registrations, co-investment funds, MDF, and referral fees — with potential to convert to full-time.

  • Triage and process incentive submissions within SLA
  • Run Finance vendor onboarding and ensure accurate, on-time payouts
  • Maintain reconciliation tracker and source-of-truth records
  • Apply program rules to edge cases; escalate when needed
  • Build SOPs, SLAs, and reporting for each incentive type

Requirements

  • Background in operations, finance ops, partner/channel ops, or deal desk
  • Meticulous with numbers and detail; treats late or incorrect payouts as unacceptable
  • Organized across trackers, reconciliations, and CRM/spreadsheet hygiene
  • Clear communicator with partners and Finance; persistent follow-through
  • Comfortable with AI-powered or automated workflows

Nice to Have

  • Experience with MDF, co-investment, referral fees, or deal registration programs
  • Vendor onboarding or AP/payment processing experience
  • SOP and SLA documentation from scratch
  • Salesforce experience
