About the Role
National Sales Director
Our client, a European based bakery company, is looking for a new National Sales Director. The company holds international certifications such as IFS, BRC, and HACCP, ensuring high standards in food safety and quality. As part of its growth strategy, our client is expanding its presence in Spain.
Planning and implementing sales strategies in the Spanish retail market, realisation of volume sales assumptions by supervision of the sales department, tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and demand. Working directly with retail chains - setting commercial terms and conditions, conducting negotiations. Acquiring new clients and maintaining good relationships with current business partners. Working with the Production Department and the Quality Department. Reporting to the Sales Director.
