Requirements: - 7-10 years of experience in software engineering, technical product development, or related disciplines with strong technical depth.
- Proven experience designing and building AI-powered systems, including LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, agentic systems, and tool integration patterns.
- Strong prototyping skills with the ability to rapidly build and iterate functional systems that generate actionable feedback.
- Experience translating organizational or operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.
- Background working in cross-functional environments with strong collaboration and influence skills beyond formal authority.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development practices.
- Experience working with data science teams to define metrics, instrumentation strategies, and data pipelines for insights generation.
- Strong systems thinking mindset with the ability to reason about feedback loops, organizational impact, and long-term scalability.
- Demonstrated portfolio of impactful technical work, ideally including systems that transformed team workflows or operations.
