About the Role
National Sales Director
CORY is hiring a National Sales Director (IC) with a strong background in real estate. This is an incredible opportunity for a hungry, driven, and passionate transformative sales leader looking to take their career to the next level with this innovative group. Ourclient is a PropTech and real estate pioneer, paving the way for apartment communities nationwide. They have a highly sought-after company culture and an executive leadership team with a compelling mission to reshape the landscape through innovative products and services.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Lead complex, solution-based sales efforts across long, multifamily sales cycles
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, owners, and asset managers
Leverage multifamily expertise to target owner-operators (5K–20K units) and expand into large fee managers
Drive strategic growth, including scaling and developing a high-performing sales organization
Operate effectively within Salesforce and modern SaaS/PropTech environments
Act with an entrepreneurial, multi-hat mindset—owning outcomes in a lean, fast-moving organization
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
3–5+ years of multifamily experience required
Proven success in solution selling with long, complex sales cycles
Skilled at engaging C-suite, owners, asset managers, and site teams
Player-coach mindset with hands-on revenue ownership
Coachable, humble, and team-oriented. High drive, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-hat, non-siloed environment
Business-minded; seeks strategic influence and a seat at the table
Open to rising leaders ready for the next step
