About the Role

Shop Supervisor

Shop Supervisor (Assistant Shop Manager) is the right hand of the Shop Manager. Supporting the Shop Manager in everyday operation. As a company Ambassador provides an inspirational example of leadership in line with Culture Essentials and W.I.D.E.R. Values.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving the business, ensuring sales and profit targets of the store are met reviewing sales performance, and managing inventory.
  • Driving customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, including store appearance, display of merchandise, product placement, story layout, and selling procedures.
  • Communicating regular feedback to Sales Director and Shop sales and operations Manager through objective data and developing a proper sales strategy, in cooperation with the Shop sales and Operations Manager. Fostering a guest-centric mindset by developing and maintaining guest relationships along the cruise.
  • Maintaining integrity of stock control, levels, and replenishment.
  • Ensuring store compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Ensuring presentation of window displays, interior displays, floor plans, special promotions display, and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction.
  • Taking care of the general look of the store/departments in terms of cleanness, tidiness, and efficiency, to ensure the best image of products and store, in line with the brand communication and promotion strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 21 years old
  • Good level of English and Russian
  • Knowledge of any additional European language is an advantage (Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese)
  • Five years' proven experience in direct retail sales (ideally with experience at sea);
  • Ability to initiate conversation and establish relationships with customers
  • Highly competent in store procedures including sales reports, loss prevention, audits.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Work with international team members.
  • Tattoos are allowed (except offensive and facial)
