About the Role

Missions

Integrated into a collaborative environment, you contribute actively to the daily financial management and development of the Campus. Your responsibilities include:

  • Control and validation of legal commitments
  • Control of budget availability, respect of signature delegation limits, completeness and compliance of supporting documents, budget and accounting imputations
  • Validation and execution of credit transfers
  • Provide autonomous technical support to prescribing departments

Missions:

  • Control of supporting documents (mission order request, possible derogations)
  • Entry of OM
  • Control of expense statements
  • Monthly entry of services rendered
  • Receipts
  • Participation in the entry of revenue titles
  • Follow-up of occupancy conventions
  • Follow-up of pointed revenue receipts conventions
  • Closure
  • Participation in the work of budget and accounting closure
Competence

Key skills:

  • Essential knowledge: Mastery of office tools (advanced Excel, Word). Good knowledge of public accounting (GBCP) and the public procurement code.

Professional qualities:

  • Rigorousness, autonomy and sense of organization.
  • Ability to work in a team, pedagogy, ability to report.
  • Initiative, reactivity and respect of deadlines.
Profile

Bac +2 in finance, accounting or management desired.Minimum high school diploma required.Joining the Campus Condorcet means joining a national public cooperation establishment in full expansion, at the heart of the transformations of higher education and research and the territory of Seine-Saint-Denis.The Campus Condorcet is the largest community of researchers and students in the humanities and social sciences in France, bringing together 11 institutions of excellence (EHESS, EPHE, University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, etc.), 12,000 researchers, doctoral students and students and 116 units, structures, networks and research projects.

With a budget of 62 million euros (revenues 2025) and 1 billion euros of real estate assets, the Campus offers a unique equipment in France (Humathèque, Hotel to projects, a conference center, a house of researchers / faculty club, student residences, associative and cultural spaces, a café-bookstore, sports facilities, etc.) and hosts each year more than 1200 scientific events (in 2025).

You will work in an intellectually stimulating environment, in direct contact with national and international scientific projects, with research infrastructures of European scale and alongside leading public and private partners.With a human-sized organization (a community of 150 collaborators), the Campus Condorcet constitutes an ideal setting for experienced jurists wishing to deepen their expertise and engage in innovative projects, expand their field of intervention and accelerate their professional development, while contributing concretely to a mission of public service with a strong impact.
